Main Features

1. Vessel built with high-temperature-resistant insulating material, anti-aging polyurethane foam or EPE.

2. Connections adopt international-standard ISO quick-clamp fittings; liner made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. Inner surface mirror-polished to Ra≤0.4 μm; outer surface available in matte, bright polish, matte sand-blasted or cold-tone finish.

3. Agitator seal uses imported sanitary mechanical seal or magnetic stirring seal device; mixing speed is optional.

4. Nozzles are provided for level gauge connections (hydrostatic, capacitive, non-contact ultrasonic, glass-tube type), breather port, thermometer (digital or pointer type), CIP cleaning port (with or without sight glass / integrated endoscopic lamp), SIP sterilization port, liquid inlet and sanitary access port.
